A. If you have a concern or need help paying your bill, the first step is to contact a Healthcare Financial Counselor at 527-7171.

A. Our Customer Service Representatives are available to answer your billing questions by calling 527-2864. Customer Service hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Wednesday, 9:30AM to 4:30 PM. You may also e-mail us at customerservice@lrgh.org.
