IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT OUR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE AND DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Thank you for choosing LRGHealthcare for your medical needs. We are working very hard to make sure all patients have access to care. For that reason we have made some changes to our Financial Assistance and Discount Programs effective Saturday, October 1, 2016.
Uninsured Patients will receive an automatic 30% discount
Most services will be eligible to receive a 20% Prompt Pay Discount if you pay your bill prior to or on the day of service. (Flat rates fees are the exception as they are already discounted)
Credit Card Payment or Pre Authorization is required.
Financial Assistance will be expanded to a maximum of 400% of Federal Poverty Level for patients who qualify for charity care.
Provider Office Services:
Receive a 20% discount off of your deductible and coinsurance with Credit Card Pre-Authorization. (Flat rate fees will not be eligible as they are already discounted)
There will no longer be a prompt pay discount on office visit co-payments effective for dates of service 10/1/2016 and after, as part of the Program adjustments
We understand that your care may still present a financial hardship. If that is the case, we want to work with you.

Our dedicated customer service staff will work with you to review programs available or connect you with other Federal, State or community resources for which you may qualify.
HealthLink-Find My Assistance
The Financial Assistance program for LRGHealthcare is known as HealthLink.
HealthLink is a charitable and informational program developed and administered by LRGHealthcare and associated community providers. HealthLink is not insurance and does not substitute for insurance. It does not carry the continuity of coverage for insurance purposes. It is a community-based, financial assistance program for uninsured and under-insured patients who meet specific income, geographical and other guidelines, and who do not otherwise qualify for any state or federal assistance.
LRGHealthcare’s financial assistance program is based on federal poverty guidelines and other guidelines, which may change each year. The amount of the discount depends on family income, assets and number of dependents.
Whether you need financial assistance for medical services or with your medical bill, we are here to help. To find out if you qualify, please call (603) 527-7171 to speak with a customer service representative. We may be able to qualify some patients without an application.*
*Qualification requirements can vary. If you are self employed, or you have a medical bill over $10,000 you must complete a HealthLink financial assistance application.
HealthLink Patient Advantage Catastrophic Program
LRGHealthcare patients incurring catastrophic costs associated with an episode of illness or injury may qualify to obtain up to a 40% discount based upon their income level.
LRGHealthcare also participates with the statewide program; NH Health Access Network (NHHAN). Because we offer a community-based program, we recommend contacting us directly for more details.

LRGHealthcare is dedicated to true transparency in pricing, which means we are happy to provide patients with charge information, and patient out of pocket expenses for services provided within the LRGHealthcare network. If you are interested in obtaining a price quote, please call (603) 527-7170.
