If you self-pay or have a co-payment or deductible, payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and debit card, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Billing is processed by Patient Financial Services, and we offer the following options to pay your bill:

Financial Customer Service Representatives are available to answer your billing questions at (603) 527-2864 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Service hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm and Wednesday, 9:30am to 4:30pm.
As a courtesy, we accept most major health insurance carriers, including Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care plans.
We will bill your primary and secondary insurance policies. However, you are ultimately responsible for payment of services not covered by your insurance plan(s). If your health plan requires authorization, it is your responsibility to obtain an insurance referral prior to receiving care. Some insurance plans have deductibles and co-insurance that may apply to your service.
Please bring your insurance cards and photo identification with you.
