Who are we?
We are a team of diabetes educators including nurses and dietitians who specialize in diabetes care. Our Center has been awarded Education* Recognition by the American Diabetes Association because of the high-quality education services we provide to all our diabetes patients. We will work closely with you and your doctor to give you the information and confidence you need to stay well.
How will you learn?
You will have classes with other people who have diabetes. These classes will help you learn all the skills you need to live well with diabetes day by day. Classes are offered in the morning, afternoon and evening for your convenience, and you can meet with us one-on-one for special problems.
