Payment & Insurance
Convenience Care offers a reasonably priced option for unscheduled (walk-in) medical care. We provide appropriate care and treatment options, and the cost is similar to an office visit, but considerably less than the cost of emergency services.
Payment or credit card authorization is required prior to service. We accept Cash, Debit Cards, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Check.
We accept most major health insurance carriers, including Medicare and Managed Care plans. If your health plan requires authorization, it is your responsibility to obtain an insurance referral prior to receiving care. Convenience Care does not accept Medicaid insurance. Some insurance plans have deductibles and co-insurance that may apply to your service. Please review your health insurance card or call your health insurance provider to better understand what your out-of-pocket expense will be.
If you have any billing questions, we have Financial Counselors on site from 7:30 am - 7:00 pm. In addition, our Customer Service Representatives are available to answer billing questions at 527-2864. Customer Service hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Wednesday, 9:30AM to 4:30 PM. You may also e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
