Weekly Weight In
Join LRGHealthcare Dietitian, Kathleen Hayward for a weekly weigh-in and nutrition session. Find the support you need while learning about different nutrition topics each week to optimize your weight loss. To begin this program, participants must meet with a registered dietitian for a one-time consultation to design your individualized meal plan.
Cost: $20 for initial meeting with dietitian. $40/month for an individual or $60/month when two people from the same household join together. Prepay 3 months in advance and receive a 20% discount.
