LRGHealthcare's Healthy Living-Community Education programs help to keep you and your family healthy.

Below is a list of upcoming programs on a variety of health topics including important women's health issues, injury prevention, smoking cessation and nutrition and physical activity opportunities for all ages.

Cancer Care
Breast Cancer and Beyond Support Program

Support Program Social gathering for any women who have been affected by breast cancer.

Tanger 5K Run/Walk for Breast Cancer

Annual event to fight breast cancer. Sunday, October 5, 2014, race  begins at 8:30 am,  and registration and packet pick up is at 6:00 am. Cost is $20 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under up until October 2, 2014.  Registrations after this date will be $25 per person.

Six-week program designed to help you, or someone you know to better manage a chronic health condition such as arthritis, diabetes and/ or chronic pain.

Find the support you need while learning about different nutrition topics each week to optimize your weight loss.

Teen Weight Loss Support Group

A Weigh Out: Ending Mindless Eating
