These chronic diseases may include arthritis, chronic pain, asthma, obesity, osteoporosis, diabetes, heart disease and any other chronic condition that you live with on a daily/weekly basis, which may significantly limit your every-day activities.
Learn how to manage your symptoms with the Better Choices, Better Health workshop presented by LRGHealthcare. Those attending the workshops will apply skills for living a full, healthy life with a chronic condition, learn to set weekly goals, and develop a practical step-by-step plan for improving health and quality of life.
