Want to get healthy? Just think dairy. A recent study in the Journal of the American College of Nutrition found that together, low-fat and fat-free milk, cheese and yogurt provide a unique combination of essential nutrients including calcium, potassium and magnesium. It’s well known that eating plenty of dairy foods helps to strengthen bones, but getting enough of the healthy stuff also assists with weight management and makes it easier to maintain healthy blood pressure.
